Classes held at Minchinhampton Scout Hut run by Helen, a fully qualified fitness professional with over 10 years experience in teaching all forms of exercise classes in the Stroud area. Qualifications include exercise to music, zumba, all levels of pilates, pre and postnatal exercise, level 2 and 3 in anatomy and physiology, yoga basics, nutritional and weight management and exercise referral.
Mondays, 9-10 am – Dance Fit
Tuesdays, 10.30-11.30 am – Pilates Fit
Wednesdays, 9.15-10.15, Zumba Gold
Wednesdays, 10.30-11.30 a.m. – Basic Mat Pilates
Thursdays, 10.30-11.30 am – Back to Exercise
Fridays, 10.30-11.30 a.m. – Pilates on the foam roller
