My approach is entirely specific to you and based on what your body and your unconscious mind is telling us (more about that below). Using muscle testing, some talking and a little sprinkle of magic, we’ll get to the heart of what you really need and want, and find what is needed to make it happen.

I am trained and/or qualified in life coaching, biofeedback, kinesiology and Bach flower remedies as well as bringing my own little sprinkle of magic from a life spent learning and developing my own approach to the world.
